Winemaking
Many of the varieties of wine available at Hillside are made from grapes and fruit which are locally grown. A tour is available for you to experience how we make wine, from the crushing and pressing of the fruit, to the moment it is ready to be bottled.
As you tour, you will find a convenient feature offered with our bottling line. We cap our wines as opposed to corks. No more fussing with those “hard to get out” corks!
Since we also specialize in sparkling wines, you can learn the steps that are added to the winemaking process to produce a sparkling wine.
